The offer business monitoring will be responsible to monitor performance of sales staff at Bayut KSA. The incumbent will consistently oversee team commercial activities like Team Meetings, Site visits, client observations etc and report the happenings to the leadership
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Morning Meeting Observation: Daily monitoring of morning meetings, verifying attendance and report the happenings in the system
- Lead Reviews: Working with managers to ensure that lead reviews are done on a regular basis and logged in the system
- Call listening: Sample call listing of the assigned staff and giving feedback to the line managers and leadership
- Reporting and Analysis: Make daily reports of Morning Meeting Minutes, Meeting Attendance and other team performance
- Initiating Management Reviews: In coordination with SE, Training and HRBPs, initiating weekly/periodic management reviews with leadership to discuss results of monitoring sessions of the respective teams.

- Bachelor’s degree In Business or related field
Experience
- 0-1 years of experience
Knowledge
- In-depth knowledge of commercial avenues
