The purpose of this role is to lead a number of teams who support and lead client operations teams focused on the operational support of one or more elements of the end-to-end client lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding, as well as campaign coordination, budget maintenance, reporting, and audit.

Key responsibilities:
Leads, develops, mentors and motivates high performing team focused on media operations processes and activities, focused end to end client lifecycle
Partners with the Manager in leading shared service team in running root cause analysis and problem-solving activities
Manages campaign timelines and delivers operational support in coordination with internal and external partners to ensure that appropriate materials are received and/or distributed correctly and to meet or exceed client specifications and expectations of quality
Engages and maintains relationships across Media Operations and key partners across all Media brands
Partners with Manager in implementing continuous improvement, including performance reporting and governance, as well as culture, to achieve improved media client operations in coordination with Media and Performance Operations leadership
Assesses the role of the team in serving client needs including relevant measures and Service level agreements (SLAs) where appropriate
Provides hands on support and guidance to all team members
Drives the highest levels of financial control across Media Delivery Operations
Manages the annual performance review and goal setting process for direct reports.
