The Commis Chef (Arabic cuisine) is responsible for preparing consistent, high-quality food products and ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards.

Qualifications

1 year of work experience as a Commis Chef or 2 years as an Apprentice in a hotel or restaurant serving Arabic Cuisine with good standards.

Basic culinary skills and good hygiene knowledge.
