Job Description

Position: Executive Assistant

Location: Doha, Qatar

Company: Leading Engineering Consultancy

Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive support to senior management in daily operations.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist in Business Development (BD) activities:
  • Support in preparing and reviewing technical and financial proposals.
  • Coordinate with clients and partners.
  • Conduct research on projects and new opportunities.
  • Maintain organized filing and document management systems.
  • Communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as required.

Skills

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar role (preferably in engineering/consultancy firms).
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information.
