We are currently seeking a highly skilled NACE Level 3 Coating Paint Inspector to support our marine and offshore operations in Qatar. In this role, you will lead coating inspection activities and ensure all work meets industry standards and project specifications. You will play a key role in upholding quality and safety while contributing to the successful delivery of our projects in the region.
YOUR TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Job Responsibilities
- The NACE Level 3 Inspector shall be responsible for:
- Supervising and verifying all blasting and coating works onboard.
- Ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards (ISO, NACE, SSPC, ASTM).
- Conducting inspections for surface cleanliness, environmental monitoring, DFT checks, and adhesion testing.
- Preparing daily inspection and non-conformance reports.
- Reviewing coating materials, MDS, batch certificates, and ITPs.
- Coordinating with QA/QC teams and mentoring junior inspectors.
- Ensuring full compliance with the Client and PALFINGER HSE procedures during coating operations.
2. Deliverables
- Daily and final coating inspection reports
- Non-conformance and corrective action reports
- Coating material and batch certification review
- Final coating dossier and acceptance report
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
NACE Level 3 Certification is mandatory
Minimum 8 years of coating inspection experience in oil & gas (offshore preferred).
Strong knowledge of protective coatings, corrosion control, and related standards.
Ability to work in offshore environments and comply with HSE requirements.
Valid offshore medical and safety certifications (BOSIET, HUET preferred).
Transferable visa or ability to mobilize immediately.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement global product marketing strategies that strengthen market positioning and drive business growth
- Coordinate go-to-market strategies together with Product Management, Sales & Service, and Marketing & Communication, ensuring consistency across hubs and regions
- Create compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks that address customer needs and differentiate PALFINGER in the market
- Lead global product launches, ensuring seamless handover to regional teams and supporting their local execution
- Manage projects and monitor results, ensuring activities are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable business impact
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Commercial Strategy, or Product Management in an industrial/B2B environment as well as proven expertise in product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and messaging development
- Strong project management skills and ability to work within a global marketing structure
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
