To design and implement effective project monitoring and evaluation systems for donor funded projects being delivered by the British Council. The Monitoring and Evaluation Manager will need to ensure the successful implementation of systems that meet donor and the British Council’s evaluation requirement and highlight areas of success, good practice and challenges across all deliverables and result areas of our donor funded activity. The British Council reserves the right to withdraw this post at any time until the employment contract is signed
This role will based in British Council office in Baghdad – Iraq wide. The M&E manager will lead on dsign and dlivey of the M&E component of the peroghramme Capacity Builidng in Primary and Secondary Education and will report to the programme director .
