BACKGROUND:
Founded in 1933, the International Rescue Committee is a prominent international organization working in relief, rehabilitation, protection, post-conflict development, resettlement services and advocacy for those uprooted or affected by violent conflict and oppression.
Responsibility:
- Scanning all IRC internal documents as requested by the supervisor.
- Filing and photocopying vouchers as requested.
- Preparing Documents/transactions for internal and external Audits.
- Ensure that all Vouchers, have all support documentation (approval notes, goods received notes, contracts, invoices, recipes) Reviewed and approved, and Ensure copies of all records are properly filed.
- Perform other duties, as needed, or requested by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills
- University degree.
- Good working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Additional qualities: ability to work within a team, multitask, ability to handle pressure well, ability to improvise, flexibility, cultural and environmental sensitivity.
