Job Purpose:

To provide ongoing support to admin services activities and shoulder all the administrative responsibilities as functionally required by the manager and the others concerned in the department.

Essential Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle outgoing mails, couriers, and postage for the departments.

• Allocate costs on the basis of the bills received for stationary , consumables, postage etc to the respective departments

• Provide all necessary reception support and assist the Admin Services Coordinator in drafting and processing letters , faxing etc, to liaising on the Coordinator’s behalf with Suppliers and Customers

• Maintain necessary documentation system for efficient and orderly storage and retrieval of documents/information. Maintain and update all necessary records, files and database.

• Manage the schedule of the drivers and allocate responsibilities on basis of the requisitions received from

the Admin Department, as applicable.

• Receive stationary requisitions from the internal departments, issue them, and maintain an ongoing record

of the issued stock.

• Monitor the utilization of stationary, consumables, etc and order stocks to replenish the optimum levels for

the office/ mailroom/pantry, as applicable.

• Arrange to distribute incoming mail to relevant departments.

Education/Certification and Continued Educatio n

• Graduate in any discipline

Years of Experience

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
