Barbaricum seeks an experienced Logistician to provide support to a deployed program under the Army’s Program Executive Officer for Intelligence Electronic Warfare & Sensors (PEO-IEW&S). This individual will be part of a team that will have a presence in Iraq, Afghanistan and the Philippines supporting the sustainment of Aerostat Tower systems and Persistent Surveillance Systems which will include support equipment, sensor payloads, and spare requirements. Support will include field service representatives (FSRs), reach-back support, integration, supply, maintenance, asset management, helium management and transportation support in order to support this critical Force Protection mission.
Responsibilities
- Utilize joint logistics procedures, processes, and regulations.
- Analyze aerostat helium use data and forecasting requirements.
- Coordinate system transportation in and out of areas of operation.
- Monitor helium and coordinating helium transportation.
- Review logistic support requirements in OCONUS environments.
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 months experience in processing equipment transportation requests and material requisitions, tracking inventory, coordinating multi-mode transportation, hazmat shipments, and fulfilling helium and bulk fuel requirements for aerostat systems.
- Five (5) years of experience with military logistics efforts.
