Louis Berger Services is currently looking for qualified candidates to fill positions for the HR Generalist on multiple sites within CENTCOM countries located in Kuwait and or Iraq in support of LOGCAP 5.
All candidates must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
- Under general and/or direct supervision, performs assignments requiring experience and knowledge of standard concepts within their field.
- Displays core job competencies by analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures while developing advanced skills.
- Ensures consistent enforcement of company policies and procedures
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; recognition and morale; and training and development.
- Assist managers and supervisors with record keeping and documentation on employee relations issues and corrective action steps in disciplinary issues
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Providing HR support to OCONUS employees
- Participates on various teams as needed by department or company
- Must be fluent in English
- Must possess passport with at least 15 months of remaining validity AND with at least 6 blank visa/stamp pages (front and back) remaining
- Must possess driver’s license with at least 6 months of remaining validity
- Duties will involve work in the outdoors with a potential exposure to extreme climatic conditions including frequent dust storms, and high temperatures up to 130F degrees in the summer months.
- Must be able to work overhead with arms raised for extended periods.
