Job Title: Field Services Representative (FSR)

Location: Iraq

Job Responsibilities:

Provides on-site technical support by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime and loss of service in an austere location. Acts as mobile eld service representative reacting to open repair requests to resolve technical issues in a timely fashion to maintain maximum customer satisfaction. This relates to all Biometric Enrollment Equipment (BEE) including SEEK and its variations, Jump kit and associated hardware and software. This position serves as a technical resource identifying issues and using eective troubleshooting techniques to resolve end user technical issues.

Additional Tasks Include:

  • Collaboration with technical sta and resources to provide eective end-user support and issue resolution.
  • Responding to application issues by using various system and software techniques and applies appropriate corrective action.
  • Collecting detailed information, performs thorough analysis, and relies on experience and judgment to determine the most eective method of resolution.
  • Managing escalated customer repair requests in a timely and eective manner. Logs all support desk interactions in repair system database.
  • Escalating problems to other departments as needed.
  • Prioritizing and implementing approved system modications, programs and other such requests of medium to high complexity.
  • May serve on as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on technical and program/project teams with the development and maintenance of NRTIO activities and operations, mission, and operational capabilities in various Areas of Responsibility (AOR).

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance
  • Must meet DoD 8570.01-M IA certification requirements
  • Experienced with critical DoD and Service strategic NRTIO and Identity Intelligence operations including Biometrics, Forensics, and associated equipment is a plus
  • Experience in a deployed or austere environment in support of a named operation is desired
  • Sharp troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Organizational and mentoring skills
