Job Description
Telephone Survey Clerk (Home Telephone Survey Agent)
Advanis is a Market and Policy Research company that has been doing surveys since 1997 and we are looking for telephone interviewers.
We offer fully paid training and a set wage.
You need:
- a good command of the English language.
Priority will be given to those that are bilingual. We are currently looking for those that are bilingual in English and one of the following languages: Arabic, Cantonese, Russian, German, Italian, Greek, Mandarin, Polish, Urdu, Portuguese, Punjabi, Tamil and Gujarati considered a strong asset
- excellent customer service skills
- a typing speed of 25 wpm
- a quiet, private place in your home
- a computer with high speed Internet service
- a phone line in the office space
- a land line phone. No cellphones.
- a corded headset with a noise cancelling microphone. No cordless phones or speaker phones.
- a personal computer (PC or Mac)
Education: Completion of high school
Experience: Will train
Specific Skills: Establish contact for interview by telephone or in person,
Conduct interview following the outlines of questionnaires and survey,
Record answer on paper or enter directly into computer database
