Job Overview: Set the strategic agenda and execution plan to drive Colas business growth in KSA including equity building initiatives, brand in-market performance activities and brand P&L delivery while in parallel building overall colas team functional and leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities
1. Create overall brand growth strategy for Colas across communication, innovation and activation pillars
2. Own insight generation and performance tracking to identify growth opportunities for the colas portfolio
3. Deliver Colas brand growth targets including share growth as well as NR & NOPBT
4. Lead the negotiations and establish brand partnerships & sponsorships with global, regional and local partners within both the government and entertainment industry to ensure presence and brand integration in key cultural spaces and events across portfolio. A +$7MM agenda.
5. Lead the development and execution of effective AOP initiatives in line with strategic ambition
6. Lead creative, digital and media agencies to maximize creative excellence and deliver world class campaigns
7. Collaborate with the franchise team to ensure continuous alignment of bottling partners on marketing programs and brand plans
8. Coach & support Colas team to build capability and drive the team to focus on ‘being consumer centric’ and raise the bar on talent and diversity
9. Partner with local and global commercialization and R&D teams to shape innovation plans to drive incremental portfolio growth
10. Partner with sustainability team to ensure the delivery of pep+ agenda with focus on sugar reduction journey and sustainable packaging
