The Position
As a Patient Journey Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of digital, trade, and channel marketing campaigns focused on enhancing the patient journey. You will map the patient pathway to identify key leverage points and design engagement strategies that drive awareness, demand, and treatment initiation in alignment with Novo Nordisk’s mission and brand goals. You will serve as a bridge between retail, marketing, and patient support teams, ensuring that campaigns are impactful at all touchpoints and compliant with company policies.
Other Responsibilities will include:
- Design and implement patient mobilization campaigns across ATL and BTL channels, using patient journey insights.
- Create point-of-sale journeys and digital content, ensuring consistency and engagement across retail touchpoints.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partner accounts to support events, initiatives, and joint campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, market trends, and partner execution to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with Novo Nordisk’s business ethics, local laws, and global policies.

We are looking for a candidate who has:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Medicine, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in digital and/or channel marketing, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with proven success in cross-functional settings.
- Solid analytical skills and strategic mindset to assess campaign impact and channel effectiveness.
- Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal.
