Planner

WSP is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Planner to join our team for a major infrastructure project in Riyadh. The successful candidate will play a key role in project planning and scheduling, ensuring that timelines, resources, and deliverables are efficiently managed in alignment with project goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of planning experience, with at least 3–5 years in a PMC environment.
• Proven experience in large-scale infrastructure projects (e.g., roads, bridges, utilities, stormwater).
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of planning principles, critical path method (CPM), and delay analysis.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is preferred.

• Develop, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Support project controls by maintaining baseline schedules, forecasts, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to capture accurate planning data.
• Identify and analyze schedule variances, delays, and potential risks; recommend mitigation measures.
• Ensure alignment with contractual requirements and reporting standards.
• Generate regular reports (weekly/monthly) including progress updates, critical path analysis, and earned value metrics.
• Participate in project meetings, supporting the client and internal team with planning-related input.
• Support claims analysis and time impact assessments when required.
