Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hospitality settings
  • Expertise in Continental, Asian and International cuisines
  • Knowledge of or interest in nutrition and plant based cooking
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining kitchen cleanliness
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations
