This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Advisor to join our Singapore Business Unit.

Key Objectives:
Job Purpose Summary:
- Ensure appropriate HR, workplace and Training procedures are in place and fit for purpose to support business objectives.
- Support staff to resolve any challenges related to their development, welfare and work environment.
- Managing the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Develop and manage the execution of training and development programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure work environment embraces diversity and inclusion, and ensure effective collaboration between the diversified set of staff.
- Support the recruitment and assignment processes for all partners and Iraq staff contractors.
- Onboard the newcomers to WQ1 by ensuring adequate induction and training.
- Support employees’ opportunities for professional development and manage succession plan as needed.
- Steward and facilitate the performance assessment process.
- Work with the senior management to establish and roll-out people related strategies.
- Provide HR reports to the senior management as / when needed.
- Ensure workplace policies are updated, and collaborative work environment is maintained.
- Investigate any potential harassment or violation of the work place policy.
- Handle and treat confidential information appropriately.
- Ensure the training programs are being developed and executed to develop the technical and soft skills of the staff.
- Advice the Management on work environment efficiency and effectiveness.

Expected:
- Relevant University Degree.
- 15+years’ experience in HR and Training roles in Oil and Gas business
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English. Good Arabic language skills is highly preferable.
Skills:
- The required experience is usually developed through a number of assignments in HR and Training roles. Such assignments and experience would have included significant international exposure and ability to work in hardship locations.
- Effective Leadership skills and experience in working with multi disciplined teams in a multi-cultural work environment.
- Collaborative Teamwork Skills.
- Effective Communication skills and Customer orientation.
- Strategy Development and Leadership skills.
- Ability to develop and support staff.
- High standard of Safety, Health, Environment, controls and culture awareness in a multi-cultural environment.
