About the role

The position is for DNV Business Assurance Qatar branch to provide management system certification and training services in Qatar. DNV has its offices located in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Qatar. We are looking for a candidate to work as a Location Manager for Qatar. The candidate would be responsible to develop the management system certification and training business in Qatar and would also be responsible to conduct audits as a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards. A candidate with Lead Auditor training experience for QES would be preferred.

• The candidate would be responsible for business development in Qatar ( Including generating leads, meeting customers, achieving sales targets and managing customer relations with all local customer)
• The candidate would be based in Doha and would primarily conduct audits in Qatar. There could be audits scheduled in other GCC countries based on requirement.
• Candidate having training experience who can conduct IRCA approved management system trainings (Internal auditor/Lead auditor trainings) shall be preferred.
• The person shall have a very good understanding of Quality, Environment, Health & Safety Management systems and shall be able to lead the audits independently and professionally.
• The ideal candidates should have good communication skills and should be Proactive, Self-Driven, Team Player and highly customer focused.
• Any expatriate shall be under expatriate contract with family status.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Quality, Environment and Occupational Health & Safety management systems.
• Experience in Sales preferably in Management system certification sales.
• Relevant third party auditing experience for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 management systems.
• Experience in ISO 50001, ISO 55001 & ISO 22301 would be preferred.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English. Arabic speaking candidate would be preferred.
• Willingness to travel within GCC countries.
