Job Identifications

The Admin Executive position is responsible for managing the admin team and controlling sales, HQ and plant offices, and it is based at Baghdad

What We Expect

  • Preparing all related strategies and new programs to improve organizational and administrative matters. Supervising, evaluating, and leading direct reports.
  • Manage all 3rd party companies, and contracts and control the quality of services provided periodically.
  • Analyzing data from internal and external sources for the purpose of complying with administrative requirements of an assigned area in accordance with procedures and guidelines
  • Manage Fleet (Company owned vehicles & Rented Vehicles) and control the services provided by 3rd party rental companies.
  • Manage the budgeting of the administrative affairs department by preparing CAPEX & OPEX annually according to BP.
  • Establish and enforce administrative policies, procedures, and SOPs to ensure consistency, compliance, and best practices across all administrative operations.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal controls, company policies, and audit requirements related to administration, fleet, contracts, and service providers.
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives across administrative services, fleet operations, and facilities management without compromising service quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in functional and sector.
  • Highly analytical.
  • High communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to lead and manage systems and cross-functional projects.
  • Able to travel if necessary (domestic and international
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office especially MS Excel.
  • Upper Intermediate in English (and local language if an expat).
  • Openness to change and diversity.
  • Team building skills.
  • Quality-oriented and result-oriented.
  • Effective public relations and public speaking skills.
  • Stress and time management skills
  • Good knowledge of CCI Management Systems.
  • Managerial and/or other functional experience is a plus.
