Purpose of the role

The Corporate Development Manager role, based in Dubai, is accountable for generating revenue by actively promoting and selling all lines of insurance.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals, providing regular updates to the Head of Distribution.
  • Support the renewal of existing business.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline aligned with target achievement and conversion ratios.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with client relationship and back-office teams to deliver solutions to prospects and clients.

Required Qualifications

  • Knowledge of and relationship with SME and mid-market insurers in UAE
  • Knowledge of available insurance products and post-sales support
  • Valid driving license
  • Bachelor’s degree (Insurance certifications from CII and LOMA are an advantage)
