Help set the vision and the overall strategy of our continued growth plan, including defining goals, KPIs, and novel go-to-market strategies.
Help manage current and forecasted growth, profitability, and enterprise value.
Responsible for driving day-to-day execution operations
Help develop and manage sales, budget, and cash utilization
Serve as a key external spokesperson and a public champion for the company
Execution
Responsible for continuously developing and refining business
Own P&L and cash flow
Mitigate business and operational risks
Help originate and manage strategic partnerships & relationships to drive growth.
Desired Expertise and Experience
10+ years of experience leading and scaling startups or business units
Strong experience in the Startup Ecosystem industry
Startup/entrepreneurial expertise within SaaS startups or as part of a management team for a tech/digital B2B/B2C company
Commercial profile with experience in technical/digital B2B sales
Experience managing corporate stakeholders to keep regular updates on business performance and progress
Be open to relocate yourself and the company to UAE
The Arabic language is a plus
