The Job The Transitional Assistance Department is recruiting for Employment Services Specialists (ESS) who work directly with program customers in the County’s CalWORKs or Behavioral Health programs assessing employability, providing services needed to obtain employment, conducting workshops and monitoring individual program compliance using an automated case management system to maintain customer records.
