Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled Architect Engineer with proven experience in construction design and a strong command of 3D modeling software. You’ll play a key role in our projects, from initial design concepts to detailed construction drawings. This position requires a creative problem-solver who can translate complex ideas into practical, buildable designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and create detailed architectural plans, blueprints, and specifications for various construction projects.
- Utilize 3D modeling software (e.g., Revit, SketchUp, Rhino) to create realistic and functional designs.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure designs meet all requirements and standards.
- Conduct site visits and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.
- Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals.
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Assist in project bidding and cost estimation.
Skills
- Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) Certification is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
- Proven experience as an Architect Engineer in a design-build or construction environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in 3D modeling and design for construction projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant programs.
- Excellent understanding of building materials, construction methods, and structural principles.
- Knowledge of local and international building codes and regulations.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
