Summary

  • Welcome guests upon arrival at villas and provide assistance with luggage handling
  • Escort guests to their assigned villa, explain key features, and ensure comfort during check-in
  • Coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping for timely villa readiness and guest requests
  • Handle luggage storage and retrieval efficiently while maintaining security and care
  • Assist guests with transportation arrangements within the property (buggy service, transfers)
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services
  • Deliver amenities, packages, and special requests to villas in a timely manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of bell desk, luggage room, and buggy area
  • Support in managing guest departures, including luggage collection and transportation assistance
  • Uphold safety standards and ensure professional grooming and courteous behavior at all times

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as Bell Attendant or similar role in a luxury hotel environment
  • Good physical stamina and ability to handle luggage and outdoor tasks
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Knowledge of property layout and ability to coordinate with multiple departments effectively
