Driver

The Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently transporting passengers, goods, or materials to designated locations while adhering to traffic laws and company policies. The role requires excellent driving skills, punctuality, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport passengers, goods, or materials to assigned destinations.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes to minimize travel time and fuel consumption.
• Conduct regular inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as checking oil, tire pressure, and fluid levels.
• Report any vehicle issues or repairs needed to the supervisor promptly.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company safety policies.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and required permits at all times.
• Ensure passengers and cargo are secured properly before starting a trip.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and expenses.
• Submit required logs and reports to the appropriate department.
• Provide excellent customer service by being polite, professional, and helpful.
• Assist passengers with luggage or loading/unloading goods when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with local roads, traffic patterns, and GPS navigation systems.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy loads if required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours.
