Job Description

What You will do:

• Assist in conducting risk assessments, hazard identification, and job safety analyses.
• Support implementation of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards and related internal audits.
• Participate in EHS inspections and compliance reviews to ensure alignment with local regulations and company policies.
• Contribute to EHS campaigns, toolbox talks, and employee training initiatives.
• Help develop and update EHS procedures, safety data sheets, and emergency response plans.
• Support incident investigations and root cause analyses for corrective and preventive actions.
• Assist in tracking EHS performance metrics, data reporting, and continual improvement plans.
• Participate in environmental sustainability initiatives such as waste management, energy efficiency, and water conservation projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene or related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience in EHS or related roles.
• Strong interest in workplace safety, health regulations, and environmental sustainability.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Good oral and written skills in English and Arabic.
• Must have The legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction.

What will make you stand out:

• Holding the NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) is highly desirable.
• Basic understanding of EHS regulations and ISO standards is a plus.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
