We are seeking a polished, service-driven Female Club Floor Attendant to support the delivery of an exclusive and personalized experience for our Club Floor guests. This role is suited to a hospitality professional who understands the refined expectations of five-star and luxury hotel clientele and consistently delivers discreet, attentive, and elegant service.

A professional overview of your role:

As a Female Club Floor Attendant, you will play a vital role in upholding the elevated standards of the Club Floor and Club Lounge, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless, comfortable, and highly personalized stay experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing warm, courteous, and personalized service to Club Floor and Club Lounge guests at all times.
  • Supporting Club Lounge operations, including breakfast service, refreshments, and evening offerings.
  • Ensuring the Club Floor and Club Lounge areas are impeccably presented and maintained throughout the day.
  • Assisting guests with requests, preferences, and special arrangements with discretion and efficiency.
  • Coordinating closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitoring and replenishing amenities, supplies, and service items as required.
  • Handling guest feedback professionally and escalating concerns appropriately.
  • Ensuring full compliance with brand standards, service protocols, and hygiene requirements.
  • Representing the hotel with confidence, professionalism, and refined attention to detail.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Club Floor Attendant, Guest Relations Agent, or F&B Attendant, preferably in a five-star or luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong understanding of luxury service standards and guest engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language will be an advantage.
  • Well-groomed appearance with a professional, calm, and discreet demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
  • High attention to detail and a genuine passion for guest service excellence.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Hospitality-related qualifications will be an advantage.
