Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fitness Supervisor to join our team in Baghdad, Iraq. As a Fitness Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fitness center, leading a team of fitness professionals, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our members.

  • Manage and motivate a team of fitness instructors and personal trainers
  • Develop and implement engaging fitness programs and classes for members of all fitness levels
  • Oversee the maintenance and proper use of fitness equipment
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the facility
  • Provide excellent customer service and address member inquiries and concerns
  • Monitor and analyze membership trends and satisfaction levels
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies for member retention and acquisition
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on facility usage and program effectiveness
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new fitness techniques into existing programs

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the fitness industry, including supervisory roles
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing diverse fitness programs
  • In-depth knowledge of fitness equipment and proper exercise techniques
  • Customer service-oriented with a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals
  • Basic computer skills for scheduling, reporting, and member management
  • Understanding of current fitness trends and industry best practices
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in fitness facilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
