Import Sales Manager

We are searching for an experienced Import Sales Manager at our MSC Saudi Arabia – Jeddah facility.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

To identify and develop new business opportunities which will help the company achieve its strategic and business objectives and supervise the Sales team.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement information systems which will provide data on existing and potential customers to enable the company to identify opportunities for new sales.

Develop and implement systems and processes to enable the effective monitoring of performance and the identification of improvements in service quality and delivery.

Carry out or commission surveys of customer satisfaction to identify the scope for improvements in service quality and delivery.

Carry out or commission research in the company’s existing and potential markets to identify new opportunities.

Assist other departments in the risk assessment of new services.

Maintain an awareness of developments in the fields to ensure that the company continues to compete effectively.

To prepare quotations for the company services.

Generate sales to achieve maximum profitability against annual sales targets.

Identify and exploit new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers.

Monitor customer accounts within the allocated sales area to ensure that sales potential is fully exploited.

Establish and maintain effective communication links with other company departments to identify all sales opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and prepare regular forecasts to enable effective forward planning.

Maintain an awareness of company products and of relevant sales techniques to ensure that the sales role is carried out as effectively as possible.

Any other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Trade or related field

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in managerial role/ similar industry is preferred

Excellent Communication & social skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Excellent Microsoft Office.

Excellent knowledge and experience of marketing and sales.

Excellent knowledge of company services.

Excellent planning and organizing skills.

Impressive record of achieving targets.
