AD Ports Group
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage group funding programs in line with capital structure policy and manage internal group funding mechanism to ensure capital is available for the execution of all business activities
- Managing relationships with local, regional, international banks, development financial institutions, multilaterals to support varied funding needs of the group across geographies Funding and management of corporate financing
- Project financing of JV’s /SPV’s across various geographies
- Lead role in reviewing, managing, negotiating and executing of documentation for bonds, corporate debt and project financing Funding and management of corporate debt program
- Raising funding for the group though Debt Capital Markets (DCM) – EMTN and GMTN programs including hybrids, sukuks, sustainbility linked financing etc.
- Support monetization initiatives incl. IPO’s and asset divestments
- Determine capital structure for newly acquired companies, joint ventures and optimise funding by identifying various sources of capital
- Managing credit rating of the group, DCM and other issuances
Required Qualifications:
- Masters degree
- Working knowledge of Bloomberg / Refinitiv / Factset
- Understanding of Credit Rating process
- Thorough understanding of debt capital markets
- Sound knowledge of LMA documentation
- Good understanding of accounting concepts
- Ability to work independently on multiple project under tight deadlines and adapt to fast changing business priorities
- Communication skills
- 8-10 years of experience in project / corporate debt and / or capital markets
