Job Description:
Demand Planning & IBP
- Own demand planning for 3+ channels, delivering one unbiased demand signal
- Lead Demand Reviews with clear risks, opportunities, and trade-offs
- Improve Forecast Accuracy, Bias, and Value-Added Forecast
Market ATG SPOC
- Act as the single point of accountability for the Saudi market
- Revamp the NPI process with clear guidelines and control
- Represent the market in Supply Reviews and ATG
- Own end-to-end NPI planning and launch readiness
- Ensure accurate volume phasing, supply alignment, and milestone governance
- Track post-launch performance and embed learnings
Digitalization & Automation
- Lead digital and automation initiatives across demand and supply planning
- Reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and enable insight-led decisions
- Own planning dashboards and tool adoption with Digital / IT partners
KPI’s:
Forecast Accuracy & Bias | Case Fill / Service | NPI Readiness | Inventory Health | Digital Adoption | Stakeholder Confidence
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in supply/demand planning
- Knowledge of Power BI, Power Pivot & Power Query is a must
- Expert in ERP systems
