MENA AMPS (Amazon Marketplace Professional Services or Strategic Account Services) that supports strategic Selling Partners (SPs) across MENA third party marketplace is looking for a Growth Manager that can build and implement sales strategies for the program’s expansion across AE, EG and SA

Key job responsibilities

Are you interested in a unique role that will innovate on how we grow the Paid Services Program in MENA to serve more 3P Selling Partners through bespoke and strategic advice to develop their business on the Amazon store? The right candidate will have an intense drive to fundamentally change the growth trajectory of a unique program that accelerates third-party Sellers’ businesses. The candidate will need to have a blend of core Amazon Leadership Principles, including Bias for Action, Customer Obsession, Learn and be Curious, Dive Deep, Delivers Results and Invent and Simplify. Join our team as a dedicated and analytical AMPS Growth Manager, where data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration fuel growth of our program

Key job responsibilities

Own the pipeline for Paid programs in MENA across AE, Egypt and SA

Align AMPS MENA’s Sales Strategy with WW Paid Services programs

Design a scalable demand generation strategy that includes to efficiently activate new leads for the program

Create an engagement strategy to nurture leads at scale until ready to join the program, backfill attrited SPs and build new portfolios for new AMPS Marketplace Consultants

Deliver Sales pitches tailored to different SP tiers (GMS), SP profiles (category, BOs, distributors) and Must Have Named Accounts

Develop new AMPS service offering modules in collaboration with the AMPS Program Manager based on SP feedback

Optimize the Seller Education journey during their first month of onboarding in the program

Own weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting of pipeline, enrollments and attrition

MENA AMPS (Amazon Marketplace Professional Services or ASP360) supports Selling Partners (SPs) with paid account management services and enhances both CX and SPX via a suite of unified offerings. We aim to be the preferred choice for SPs during their Amazon journey to expand and optimize their businesses.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Dubai, ARE

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering or from related subjects (or certificate of completion of studies)

Fluent English written and verbal skills

Experience in roles such as Account Management, Sales, Consulting

Marketing/Merchandising roles, Program or Project Management roles

Experience building relationships with external stakeholders, identifying business opportunities for clients and increasing adoption and utilization of company products

Comfortable using data analysis, reporting and forecasting to guide business decisions and solve problems

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts simply

Strong analytical skills (including advanced excel and database analysis)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

E-commerce experience preferred

Demonstrated ability to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills.

Sound business judgement, proven ability to influence others.
