What You’ll Get to Do:

As a CACI-SOAS CENTCOM SCIF Manger, you will provide support to the Regional Narcotic Information Fusion Cell (RNIFC) in supporting operational support to the Law Enforcement Co-Director and CENTCOM CN. The work is executed OCONUS in support of overseas operations, stateside as well as international travel opportunities exist. As required, you will interact directly with deployed partners, stake holders, Task Leas as well as with imbedded analysts.

More About the Role:

As a SCIF Manger, you will directly support deployed teammates; answer requests for support from other mission partners (COCOMs, Special Operations Commands, and IC elements, FEVY Partners as well as US Federal LE); and work closely with a wide variety of units, institutions, and customers. You will work closely with other members of your team to identify any anticipated issues relative to working at NAVCENT and CENTCOM CN. You will assist with Manage RNIFC financials and attend monthly RNIFC financial calls, Collect Monthly Status Reports for Task Lead. Assist new RNIFC members with online security trainings, submitting visit access request, passing clearance, SCI read-in and completion of SARR forms for NIPR, SIPR, SIPR Token, JWICS, NAVCENT Parking permits. Complete Milstrip purchase for Office supply with NAVCENT N41. Obtain quotes from vendors and assist with Government Purchase Card Request (GCPC). Assist with the completion of Contract purchase package requests including Funding authorization requests (FAR), IGCE, Brand Name justification, Sole source justification and assist RNIFC with how to request ITPR through Navy ITAS system. Coordinate with CENTCOM and RNIFC to assist with scheduling SVTC, conference calls and management meeting. Maintain and update all RNIFC organizational rosters. Available 24/7 to provide direction and assistance with issues.

  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, counterparts, and other stakeholders including military, law enforcement, interagency, intelligence as well five eye and coalition partners to achieve organizational goals.

  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with Proficient use of e-mail, word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software and use of the Internet.

  • The grammatical skills and knowledge to review, analyze, correct, and prepare written or electronic communication for signature.

  • The ability to cope with physical hardship and willingness to work extra hours in a high stress multi-national five-eye interagency fusion cell environment. Security Level: TS w/access to SCI

  • 3-7 years’ SCIF manager experience in a military or a civilian Counter Narcotics, Counter-Terrorism, or Counter Threat Finance Organization (will consider varying degrees of experience in combination with education level

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,100-$172,400
