The purpose of this role is to lead and develop client service accounts.
Job Description:
Key responsibilities:
- Provides counsel to clients; establishes and builds key client relationships
- Oversees and leads a wide variety of communications programmes across multiple channels that meet client objectives
- Creates the development of plans, proposals, results reports, creative briefs and other communications documents
- Develops relationships in Retail, Food/Beverage, CPG, Travel and Tourism, Health and Wellness, Financial Services and Sports industries
- Organises, directs and collaborates effectively across teams to achieve results
- Keeps current with industry and overall consumer marketing trends while advancing our expertise in new media and marketing applications
- Maintains routine contact with key client stakeholders when appropriate. Regularly seeks client feedback on the team’s performance
- Actively contributes original, innovative thinking as an agency thought-leader
