Service Delivery Manager

We’re Hiring: Service Delivery Manager – Oracle Cloud

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage Oracle Cloud support delivery across multiple modules.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure SLA-based delivery with a focus on exceeding expectations.
• Lead teams across onsite and offshore models.
• Manage geographically distributed teams effectively.
• Deliver high-quality support and implementation projects.
• Collaborate with multinational teams in global environments.

✅ Requirements:

• 8–15 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in Oracle Cloud implementation and support.
• Strong stakeholder and communication skills.
• Experience working in the Middle East is a must.
• Background in financials is a strong advantage.
• Must have worked in multinational/global companies.
• Willingness to relocate post-engagement if required.
