Job Responsibilities:

• Keeps himself up to date with the latest physiotherapeutic trends and massage techniques.
• Provide clients with guidance & information about techniques for postural improvement and stretching, strengthening, relaxation, and rehabilitative exercises.
• Develop and propose client treatment plans that specify which types of massage are to be used.
• Confer with clients about their medical histories and any problems with stress and/or pain in order to determine whether massage would be helpful.
• Evaluate clients’ soft tissue condition, joint quality and function, muscle strength, and range of motion.
• Administers treatment in a professional manner whilst keeping local customs and regulations in mind.
• Ensures a minimum stock of all massage-related equipment to be available at all times.
• Is fully familiar with all available equipment. Acts as a personal trainer when requested.
• Is personally responsible for the maintenance of all equipment related to his area of responsibility.
• Suggests, develops, and implements procedures aiming at improving and advancing services.
• Is fully aware of all emergency procedures.
• Carries out duties that may be assigned to him by the front office manager.
• Carries out Health Club Reception duties, attending guest requests, vacuuming the pool and cleaning pool area, Replenishing Health club amenities and stock, replacing towels, cleaning showers, participating in the Health Club cleanliness
• Maintains a logbook with all comments and details that occurred during a shift. Informs the supervisor or manager about any complaints for follow-up.
• Keeps himself familiar with all available equipment.
• Monitors happenings on the pool site to act on emergencies when necessary.
• Assists clients with training inquiries to the best of his knowledge and in a professional manner.
• Collects and replaces used towels and ensures sufficient stock of fresh towels.
• Ensures the availability of well-stocked water bottles to be used by guests.
• Ensures sufficient stock of consumable items (shower gel, shampoo, etc.) to be available.
• Liaises closely with housekeeping to ensure cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the Health Club.
• Suggests, develops, and implements procedures aiming at improving and advancing services.
• Presents himself as neatly groomed and with perfect personal hygiene.
• Carries out routine inspection of Health Club facilities.
• Promotes facilities of the hotel and the Health Club with special emphasis on our therapists.
• Works as a salesperson and upsells HC products (massage and personal training packages, etc.).
