Position Summary

Handling parts orders to support growing & development plan of Parts business within ITT Saudi Co. including local parts

manufacturing.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Responsible for parts orders shipment- includes: manage & execute orders, preparing job packets, detailed work scope (shop floor work instructions/DWGs), shop production/engineering support, scheduling of jobs.
  • Supports meeting AM shipment plan/monthly forecast.
  • Handling parts orders for AM jobs including: receiving the order, Booking & processing.
  • Create BOM & process purchase requisitions either for raw material/local buyouts or parts orders to ITT Global factories & closely follow up to ensure On Time Delivery.
  • Prepare/release all needed DWGs to operation team for local parts fabrication.
  • Follow up to ensure all buyouts orders are completed on time and as needed.
  • Preparing/coordinating shipments of parts to customers.
  • Maintain/improve margin for parts through local fabrication/buyouts whenever possible.
  • Customer support in conjunction with Sales: RFQ’s, quotes and order status.
  • Assist in all ways and manners to resolve customer problems/issues.
  • Prepares weekly progress reports for all parts orders.
  • Maintain proper documentation to support & expedite invoicing process.
  • Supports raw material inventory.

Position Requirements

Education: BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Experience:

  • +3 years pump experience.
  • +3 years customer service experience.
  • +3 years of rotating equipment

Other Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

  • Solid repair skills for rotating equipment.
  • Good knowledge of pump parts/components.
  • API 610/ 682.
  • PC proficient (Microsoft office and AutoCAD)
  • Good communication skills
