What You’ll Do
- Lead the design and deployment of scalable solutions using SuccessFactors modules, aligned with business goals.
- Integrate EC Time Off/Time Sheet with existing systems to enhance workforce management.
- Architect high-performance, scalable systems with a focus on Solution Design & Architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Workforce Analytics and Onboarding solutions.

- Proven experience with SuccessFactors EC Time Off/Time Sheet and Solution Design & Architecture.
- Strong background in Workforce Analytics and Onboarding deployment.
- Expertise in Business Process Modeling and operational optimization.
- Domain knowledge in Finance & Accounting and Devices/SPM.
