As System Administrator, we rely on you to:

• Ensure PMS and POS and other systems are working effectively without unplanned downtime.
• Assist internal and external guests with IT & Internet related queries.
• Maintain and troubleshoot printers, network & PC issues.
• Create and maintain systems users ID.
• Liaise with vendors & IT personnel for any application and hardware related issues.
• Assist the Assistant IT Manager & IT Supervisor during the shift.
• Provide essential training to end users to better assist our external guests.
• Equipment tracking to prevent loss of existing IT assets.
• Maintain an up-to-date Asset inventory of hardware and software installed in the hotel
• Maintain a log of all major system activities.
• Manage, maintain, and protect backup of company data
• Execution on IT daily checklist and daily IT operation tasks

We are looking for someone who has:

• 2 years’ experience as IT System Administrator or a similar capacity in a 5 stars property.
• Certification/Diploma in Computer Studies.
• Good communication skills and is fluent in oral and written English language.
• A pleasant and cheerful personality and can work with a multinational team.
• Ability to work different shifts and can work as per hotel operational needs and requirements.
