Summary

Park Hyatt Doha is looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to lead our In-Room Dining Department. As a key member of our team, you’ll oversee operations, ensuring smooth service and top-notch guest experiences. You’ll manage a team of In Room Dinning waiters, handling orders efficiently, coordinating deliveries, and striving for guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership position within the hospitality industry, ideally in in-room dining or a similar food and beverage department.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, team members, and management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in handling POS systems and basic computer applications for order processing and inventory management.
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including proper table settings, presentation techniques, and menu offerings.
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve performance targets and uphold service standards.
  • Dedication to providing personalized guest experiences, anticipating needs, and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the operational needs of the department.
