Your Purpose:

  • In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring successful Sales Operations and steering of the General Distributors (GDs) in the Middle East, Levant and Africa.
  • You will provide comprehensive Planning Support of Sales campaigns/measures by ensuring proper documentation, implementation, and communication of agreed programs. 
  • Further, you will be actively involved in ongoing strategic projects within the Sales department to contribute to a successful transformation of the MB GD business.
  • With excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, you will support the Sales department in updating reports and providing communications within the organization.

Your Responsibilities:

  • As our Sales Operations Senior Executive, you will be reporting to the Head of Market Management Sales MBC and taking up the following responsibilities:
  • Support in GD Market Management, incl. providing support to GDs to achieve their sales targets and consultation on sales planning.
  • Construct sales programs with the Corporate Business Manager and Regional Market Managers and manage the implementation.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales measures.
  • Communicate sales campaigns and measures to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop strategies and concepts of GD sales steering with the sales team.
  • Support the sales team on continuous business development and transformation projects, such as e-commerce, BEV offensive etc.
  • Sales Planning, incl. consolidation of regional forecasts, collection of updates and communication to stakeholders & and monthly fleet business reporting.
  • Support the Corporate Business Manager to set up the yearly and quarterly Sales Budgets.

Qualifikationen

Your Profile:

  • You are holding a university degree in business or similar and have 2 to 3 years working experience, ideally in Sales Operations, Planning & Ordering or Product & Pricing in the automotive industry with a good understanding of sales business in Middle Eastern and African markets. Knowledge about General Distributors is a plus.
  • You are a reliable team player with strong communication and presentation skills. 
  • You are equipped with very good organizational and analytical skills and have a good eye for detail.
  • You have superior knowledge in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Power BI applications and excellent English language skills. Arabic, French or German language skills are considered an advantage.
