Key Objectives

Plan, organize and supervise the day-to-day activities of materials/equipment management, including receiving, issuing, returning, transferring, stock and organization. Lead and control warehouse operational staff to ensure efficient flow of materials/equipment through the material management system and keep record.

  • Cooperates with design and construction departments and participates in the plan of warehouse, ensures warehouse capability meets the demand of materials/equipment storage, management.
  • Determines future staff levels and operational needs. Manages temporary work staff.
  • Participates in joint meeting with the managers of the other departments in determining the Company’s policies and strategies covering materials/equipment transaction and delivery schedules.
  • Cooperate with Inventory Control Section to conduct stock control.
  • Reviews and follows Company’s approved warehousing policies and procedures and ensures implementation of it. Supervises the development/amendments.
  • Record and verify materials/equipment transactions, daily receiving, issuing, returning, transferring and count, make sure all daily activities comply with company’s policy and procedure. Keep physical records of all Material transaction Documents.
  • Ensure that all precautions are taken to ensure the Health, Safety, Security and Environment policies and regulations are followed all the time.
  • Plans, organizes, and supervises the training and development of Warehousing Operation staff.

Expected:

  • 10 years’ experience in material handling and stock control including knowledge of oil/gas related materials.
  • Experienced working with oil industry more than 10 years and familiar with oil exploration and production equipment/materials
  • Fluency in English both in written and spoken way. And Good knowledge of data entry operation
