You’ll be responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for Corporate, a business, or a P&L within a business. Positions requiring thorough understanding and application of approaches, theories, methodologies and application in a concrete organizational context.

As a Lead Finance Specialist- Cash Flow Planning & Analysis, you will be responsible for:

• Assessing the amount, timing, and predictability of cash-inflows and outflows as the basis for budgeting and business-planning.
• Analyzing and reporting a business’ operating-activities, investing-activities and financing activities for the purpose of establishing the overall (net) change in cash-flow for a defined period.
• Detecting and signals flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggests improvements.
• Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis.
• Contributing to project as a team member or leads small projects. Work goals typically take 3-6 months to complete and the time horizon for results/impact is typically 2-12 months after the event

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Finance).
• Have Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Cash flow Planning & Analysis..
• Have Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
• Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability..
