IT Officer – voco® Al Khobar

Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the hotel (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Testing new technology
• Possibly training other staff

Requirements and skills

• 3+ year experience as an IT Officer, in a 5 star hotel.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays.
• Good understanding of current IT security and Data protection standards.
• A demonstrated passion for learning new technologies
