The Senior Analyst, Global Transparency Reporting, plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and compliant external reporting across the EMEA region. Reporting to the EMEA GTR Sr Manager, Global Transparency Reporting, this core member of the Health Care Compliance Global Operations team collaborates with cross-functional business, technical, and compliance teams to identify and recommend improvements to data integrity and reporting processes. They share best practices and contribute to the optimization of standardized reporting tools and processes, ensuring compliance with all external reporting requirements across all Johnson & Johnson sectors.

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

  • Partner and collaborate with HCC, functional teams, and country stakeholders to ensure accurate data collection, reconciliation, and analysis in support of cross-sector external reporting, leveraging Subject Matter Expertise (SME) to prepare transparency and value-add reports.

  • Gather requirements, analyze data, advise on and support the implementation of regional and local reporting solutions.

  • Leverage an innovative and continuous improvement mindset to identify opportunities to enhance processes and solutions, resulting in increased efficiency and data quality.

  • Support business and HCC partners with inquiries related to transparency reporting, as well as issues related to data collection, data quality and reporting solutions.

  • Develop and deliver training on reporting tools and processes to local business, HCC and other functional groups (as required).

  • Other duties as assigned by HCC Management.

Qualifications

We’d love to hear from YOU, if you have:

Required:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting : Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Alteryx, Qliksense, Tableau etc.) for accurate data collection, reconciliation, and report generation.

  • Partnering : Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, influence stakeholders, and champion data quality initiatives.

  • Process Improvement : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify process inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.

  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis : Ability to understand complex reporting needs from internal and external stakeholders, translate them into clear requirements, and recommend appropriate solutions.

  • Strong Workload Management and Communication : Skilled at managing and prioritizing own tasks, as well as effectively communicating complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences (proficient English essential).

  • Experience working in cross-functional and multicultural teams.

  • Experience consolidating data into actionable insights.

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industries.

  • Working knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements for transparency reporting.
