Job Title: Field Services Representative (FSR) Location: Iraq Job Responsibilities: Provides on-site technical support by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime and loss of service in an austere location. Acts as mobile eld service representative reacting to open repair requests to resolve technical issues in a timely fashion to maintain maximum customer satisfaction. This relates to all Biometric Enrollment Equipment (BEE) including SEEK and its variations, Jump kit and associated hardware and
