JOB OVERVIEW:
Provides personalized guest service by assisting with opening the doors for guests. The Doorman is a vital position, proactively connecting with all guests upon arrival to provide personalized service. The Doorman will also assist with luggage, valet, luggage, taxi and ride share services.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Proactively connecting with guests upon arrival.
Complies with proper grooming and uniform standards of the HALL Arts Hotel.
Reports all equipment and products not up to standard.
Attends all meetings as required.
Follows all policies and procedures of the HALL Arts Hotel.
Maintains a pleasant, outgoing and courteous attitude, ensuring that our customers are our number one priority.
Performs other tasks as assigned by Management.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
High level of familiarity of Dallas and area attractions, outlets, eateries, etc.
Two year in Guest Services Department.
Preferably Bilingual, (mainly Spanish, Arabic and French).
Ability to lift more than 20 lbs.
Fluency in English
Hotel experience preferred
Customer service experience required
