Head of Marketing and Corporate Communication (HoMCC) role is key to Ankaref’s Enterprise marketing management strategy as part of the Global Enterprise Organization. The role is required to lead marketing impact in Global Enterprise, starting for Turkey and accelerate Ankaref’s awareness and reputation on Enterprise by leveraging marketing and corporate communication plan. The role will need to orchestrate across the Product Management, Sales and Business Development teams to ensure marketing activities meet the expectations on lead generation, product promotion, campaign management, partner collaboration and Ankaref GEO Corporate Idendity as Global IoT vendor. The role will lead marketing impact in specified areas and provide report to Ankaref Board. HoMCC will be expected to have deep knowledge and expertise of the marketing tactics on both of traditional and digital as well as enhance this expertise on an ongoing basis. The seniority of the role evidences Ankaref’s deep commitment to the Global Enterprise market for both of channel partners and customers globally to meet, collaborate and corporate.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Planning Represent Ankaref as the strategic marketing lead across all levels of Global Enterprise Organization. Articulate and land Ankaref’s short- and long-term marketing strategies and programs, negotiating maximum value for Ankaref GEO while striving for high Customer/Partner satisfaction. Land Marketing investments effectively with Partner and in alignment with Ankaref strategy and solution areas. Oversee the design and implementation of our Partner marketing plans to ensure business impact is maximized in a fully compliant manner. Develop and land a marketing strategy aligned with sales and corporate priorities, and ROI monitoring, in support of the sales strategy. Identify and drive partner-specific marketing opportunities, understanding local and global competitive landscape.Work very closely with Product Management in aligning strategy and priorities regarding product marketing activities. Lead programmatic definition of highly targeted investments and campaigns, working closely with partner to help execute, sharing best practices and successful strategies.

Business Operational Excellence

Deliver excellence in budget planning and management, owning the rhythm of business checkpoints both internally and externally to ensure shared metrics accountability and proactive course correction as needed. Help land and execute key experiential and transactional marketing campaigns with our Partners to drive sales across our product portfolio as well as enable and empower the field execution team with the right amount of strategic guidance and coaching. Drive business management excellence in managing all marketing investments.

Cross Group Collaboration

Working closely with Product Management, Sales and Business Development Teams to manage investments and campaigns. Become the customer advocate for our Partners within the organization, evangelizing the products, marketing plans, initiatives, and results to cross-organizational stakeholders, as appropriate.

Insights and Analysis

Identify trends in partner and competitor activity to anticipate long-term needs as well as potential risks in order to propose appropriate creative marketing solutions as needed. Tackle complex marketing challenges and problem solve using solid business rationale. Uses advanced data research to find customer and competitive insights that are not self-evident and that inform scenarios and/or marketing strategy. Tests insights to validate authenticity, extensibility, and predictability.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experiences Required: Education, Key Experiences, Skills and Knowledge:

10+ years of experience – marketing in B2B and B2C products and solutions, having an outstanding track record of results.

3+ years of experience in people management.

IoT platform/product experience is preferable.

Technical marketing terminology is an advantage.

Channel/partner ecosystem experience for both of consumer and enterprise is required.

Deep experience on event management, lead generation activities and industry-account based marketing in B2B.

End-to-end promotion, campaign and marketing plan management in B2C by utilizing marketing budget w/max ROI.

Knowledge on digital marketing activities, e-commerce platforms.

Driving change with curiosity, empathy, passion and courage.

Inclusive and collaborative – driving teamwork and cross-team alignment.

Strategic thinking, ability to define a vision, set goals, objectives with extensive experience of working across functions and territories both of internal and external.

Strong agency relationship management and marketing development skills.

Strong executive presence including communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort to large and small audiences.

Strategically focused, anticipates and develops business opportunities and priorities for future action, while being able to focus on achieving concrete business results through marketing execution during the fiscal year.

Problem solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow directly or through with agencies.

Bachelor degree required (Marketing, Economics or Administration); MBA desired.

Professional level of speaking, writing and reading in English.

Second European language or Arabic is highly differentiator.
