Project Coordinator

**This position is contingent upon contract award**

SOSi is seeking a Project Coordinator to join a large medical support services program in Iraq supporting our U.S. Government customer. The Project Coordinator will facilitate operations and support of staffing, logistics, and mobilization of deployed personnel.

  • Facilitates operations and support of staffing, logistics, and mobilization of deployed personnel
  • Assists in the management, identification, and development of appropriate work processes to meet client/customer needs.
  • Assist Managers in resolving complex problems and issues that arise with internal and external customers
  • Assists the Operations Manager in the development, organization, and implementation of common work processes and procedures
  • Develops and submits various operations reports for review by senior management.

  • Required and able to obtain Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field is required
  • Minimum two years of program support experience is required
  • Candidate must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project

  • Fluency in a foreign language is desirable, but not required

  • Living and working conditions at assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable
  • Long Hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions
  • Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse condition
